Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds, P.C. Elects Ronald Demsher and Philip Mazoki as Principals
Giovanna Fessenden is now Digital IP Specialist and Counsel & Benjamin Sparrow is now Counsel at Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds
(Boston, MA) - Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds, P.C. is excited to announce that Ronald Demsher and Philip Mazoki have been elected as Principals of the firm.
Ron Demsher has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has substantial experience in all phases of patent prosecution, as well as experience in patent litigation, due diligence, and opinion work. Ron’s patent prosecution practice focuses on technical areas such as Internet of Things (IoT), network infrastructure, wireless/mobile communications, O-RAN architecture, antennas, satellite communications, edge computing, microdisplay systems, optical networks and photonics devices. He obtained his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.

Phil Mazoki has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Phil’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, IP strategy, and portfolio management in the areas of electrical engineering and software, including technologies such as simulation, 3D modeling, cybersecurity, machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), and electro-mechanical systems. Phil also assists his clients on trademark prosecution and patent and trademark litigation. His litigation experience includes complaint and motion preparation, discovery, and infringement and validity analysis. He obtained his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
