Nominating Committee Report
Pursuant to Article VI, Section 1 of the By-Laws of Boston Intellectual Property Law Association, Inc. (BIPLA), this year’s Nominating Committee, appointed by President Rebecca McNeill, and made up of Past Presidents Keith Toms, Dan Young, and Michael Bergman, puts forward the following members to constitute the 2023-2024 BIPLA Board of Governors. The nominated members, selected by unanimous decision, are as follows:
President: Joshua M. Dalton, Morgan Lewis (by automatic ascension)
President Elect: Emily Whelan, WilmerHale
Vice President: Derek Roller, Barnes & Thornberg
Treasurer: Valarie Rosen, Cabot Corporation

Immediate Past President and Board Member: Rebecca McNeill, McNeill Baur (by automatic ascension)

The email circulated to the membership on November 15, 2023, constituted notice to the entire BIPLA membership of the names of the nominees selected per Article VI, Section 1 of the By-Laws. The vote will occur at our Annual Meeting, which will be held this year on December 6, 2023, at 11:30 AM at The State Room, 60 State Street, 33rd Floor, Boston, MA.
