The In-House Committee hosted a lively conversation on January 27 on in-house career development.  Participants had an active discussion on how to find an in-house position, the meaning of different in-house titles, and how to work in a matrixed organization.  Participants also discussed corporate politics and the pros and cons of expanding your portfolio beyond intellectual property practice. Attendees enjoyed the active and genial conversation.  The BPLA and the In-House Committee thanks the attendees for making the event a success and looks forward to additional brown bag discussions over the year.
