In this new role, she advises the Institute on matters relating to procurement, use, and enforcement of patents, copyrights, marks, and other forms of intellectual property.

Andrej Barbic, Ph.D.
, recently joined Proskauer as senior patent counsel in the Litigation Department, and is also a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Life Science Patent groups. Andrej’s practice focuses on U.S. and foreign patent counseling and portfolio development, post-grant proceedings in the USPTO and patent litigation, particularly pharmaceutical litigation. He joined Proskauer from McCarter and English.
