BIPLA Case Law Committee Discussion of Prosecution Laches Order in Sonos v. Google

The case law committee held a hybrid meeting, in person at Barnes & Thornburg and via Zoom, on January 24, 2024.  Nearly 50 members attended and engaged in a lively and thoughtful discussion about the prosecution laches order in Sonos v. Google.  Thanks again to Barnes & Thornburg for hosting, Rory Pheiffer for leading the conversation, Michael Bergman for participating and sharing a picture of the event, and all of the people who participated!
