It is with deep sadness that the BPLA announces the passing of inventor and friend Stanley Abkowitz. Stanley was honored at the BPLA’s
Invented Here!
Program in 2015 and was the recipient of the first annual Jacob (“Jesse“) N. Erlich Achievement Award for his outstanding accomplishments.
Stanley was a leader in the titanium industry, and started in that industry at its very beginning. His innovations made their way into military, commercial, and consumer products.
