Notice of Nominations for 2019-2020 BPLA Board of Governors

Further to the official notice distributed to the members on November 6, 2019 and November 13, 2019, and per

Article VI, Section 1 of the By-Laws of Boston Patent Law Association, Inc.

(BPLA), the Nominating Committee, appointed by President Deirdre Sanders, writes to report the nominations the Committee puts forward to constitute the 2019-2020 BPLA Board of Governors. The nominated members, selected by unanimous decision, are as follows:

President-Elect: Daniel Young, Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, P.C.
Vice President: Keith Toms, McCarter & English
Treasurer: Rebecca McNeill, McNeill Baur

This publication constitutes notice to the entire BPLA membership of the names of the nominees selected per Article VI, Section 1 of the By-Laws. The election will occur at the annual meeting on December 6, 2019, at the Seaport World Trade Center, Boston, MA. The members of this year’s Nominating Committee are BPLA Past Presidents Rory Pheiffer (chair), Erik Paul Belt, and Monica Grewal.
