Over two successive mornings, experts Matthias Reischle-Park and Hanna Kang from WIPO will review the new WIPO ePCT tool in foreign filing preparation, and how to use it when filing with the USPTO as Receiving Office. Additionally, the seminar will examine PCT rules and practices, including the latest updates and their strategic implications.

This educational seminar is designed for patent attorneys, agents, administrators, and paralegals, among others, who are interested in learning about or refreshing their knowledge of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
