Roundtable on Upcoming Changes in Trademark Practice in Canada

On April 30, 2019 the
International & Foreign Practice Committee
of the BPLA hosted a presentation entitled Trademark Practice Changes in Canada. During the event, Attorney Catherine Bergeron of ROBIC, S.E.N.C.R.L./LLP reviewed the important changes to Canadian trademark and service mark law that will become effective on June 17, 2019.
